Fuzzy Wuzzy wasn’t so fuzzy, was he?

All right, so. I have a lot on my plate this week… people to see, places to go, and things to do.

I finished knitting my first headband, however… sadly I overestimated the number of stitches needed and now it can easilygo over my head, and even my torso if I tried hard enough. I’ve decided to make a “knitlace” or a “necknit” out of it. It actually looks unusually pretty if worn with an off-the-shoulder look. The colour alone would turn a head or two… can’t get any redder. I’ll post a picture as soon as possible once I’ve added the finishing touch (I’m going to Michael’s sometime soon to buy some quality yarn, and perhaps some beads and crafts. I still need to finish my Japan-scrapbook!). I should also include photos of past knittings just to see the improvement… man, I should have taken pictures of all the stuff I gave away. Some were fucking amazing, like the checkered scarf… ah!)

I’m focusing on headbands this holiday since they’re easy-breezy AND got a whole lotta funk. You’ll either REALLY appreciate the idea, or half-heartedly thank me for the “lovely” present and never ever wear it. Which would be fine, just let me know you don’t like it so I don’t waste my creativity on you? I’ll take no offence this way, promise.

You can’t really tell from the photo, but the scarf was sooooo fuuuuuzzy! The yarn was no doubt meant for knitting baby accessories, baha, but I just couldn’t resist when I saw them up at Michael’s! I don’t mean to boast or nothin’, but the photo doesn’t do DID1 justice.

Unforunately that’s the only wooly photo I  have… this makes me angry. That checkered scarf was definitely something to brag about. Anyway…

I still have the scarf I knitted for another friend… from last year? It’s done! I swear! I just kept forgetting to give it to her! Even though I’ve seen her aaaalmost every week since (well, one could argue that it’s been every other week)! I know! I’m an ass! Ok!

Now off to a new topic: I’m going to start selling a few of my clothing items on eBay. I’ve decided to get rid of heaps and heaps of clothing to make room in my closet… for… hopefully a more sophisticated look. Now, most of the stuff will be given away to salvation army don’t get me wrong. I’ll only sell the unusual selection, clothes that I would no doubt make a considerable amount of money off of. I’m sorry, but I’m broke in every sense of the word. I’ll be posting photos of faceless girl(s) modeling the lot! Just so I can have something to remember my pretties by…

I should get get. I seem to have developed a strange case of insomnia. It comes and goes as it pleases and I can’t seem to sleep for more than 3-4 hours when I do manage to fall asleep. Doctor doctor! Give me the news! I’ve got a bad case of loving you!
